SMS Messaging Policy

This policy explains how AgentLayer LLC ("AgentLayer," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS and text messaging for direct business communications across AgentLayer-operated services and brands, including MyChiefTech and GeoScored when those communications are routed through an AgentLayer-managed business number.
1. Program Description
AgentLayer uses SMS for one-to-one conversational business messaging. Typical use cases include scheduling, project coordination, service updates, follow-up questions, introductions, requested information, and active client communication. We do not use this number for bulk unsolicited marketing campaigns.
2. How Consent Is Collected
You may receive text messages from us only after one of the following:
- You text our business number first.
- You provide your mobile number directly during intake, follow-up, scheduling, or an active business conversation and agree to continue by text.
- You are an active client or prospect who requests project-related or service-related text coordination.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services. We do not use purchased lists or send messages without a business relationship or documented consent basis.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the relationship and the level of active work or coordination in progress.
4. Sample Messages
- "Confirming our call tomorrow at 2:00 PM Eastern. Reply here if you need to reschedule."
- "I reviewed your intake notes and have two follow-up questions before I send recommendations."
- "Your requested update is ready. Reply here if you want the next step by text or phone."
5. Opt-Out And Help
- Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you reinitiate contact or opt back in.
6. Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
7. Privacy
Information collected through SMS communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
